If you need to return any of our products, you must do so within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please see below for more specific instructions for return authorization. Write the reason for the return on the back of your packing slip, enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to: Returns Department PO Box 3606 Crofton, MD 21114 We suggest that you return the package with a carrier that has a reliable tracking system as we cannot make a refund until we receive the package. When we receive an authorized return, we will refund the purchase price less shipping and handling charges, which will not be refunded. UNOPENED DISCS OR TAPES You may return an unopened shrink-wrapped disc or tape for a full refund. Such a return does not require an authorization number. Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. DEFECTIVE DISCS OR TAPES We will replace a defective disc or tape with a new copy of the same title. If you have received what you believe to be a defective product, please contact us at support@reefdvd.com. You must obtain an authorization number before you return the defective product for replacement. Please write this number on the back of your packing slip. |
