Problem Report Form

Please submit the following form if you're experiencing a problem with the Coral Sea Dreaming DVD.  After you have submitted the form, we will provide you with the phone number and e-mail address of the Coral Sea Dreaming technical support team.

If what you want to tell us is really more of a suggestion or a request for enhancement, please use our Suggestion Form instead.

When you submit your problem report, we will enter it into our database, do an initial assessment, and assign the problem to an engineer and will contact you directly.  We will also post notices regarding bugs reported by our customers in the Known Issues section of the technical support page. 

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.
